safe, in our place,
my heart sings.
it sings with pure joy,
pure love,
pure devotion.
when i am with you
safe, in our place,
my soul has wings;
it can fly,
it can soar
with pure emotion
when i am with you
safe, in our place,
my cheeks burn.
they burn with heat,
fire never quenched
by an ocean.
when i am with you
safe, in our place,
my whole being yearns
to touch with yours
for your spell,
your magic potion.
