I’m always watching,
My eyes are everywhere,
But mostly on you.
My heart skips a beat,
My breath quickens.
It takes all my skill to lie
Unnoticed in the underbrush.
Unnoticed is how I feel, I guess.
You’re gone from my life,
There is someone else now.
And it hurts, oh it hurts inside.
Half of my loves you, but
Half of me despises you.
I turn and leave,
Quiet footfalls in the night,
Leaving you behind,
Just like you left me for her.
