You act like you own me,
Stealing my glorious glory,
Pushing me through the hot waters of fame,
Even though it burns.
Plucking my strings,
Pulling my heart,
My love for you
Holds me to you.
Hugs and kisses,
Go to other women
But I am oblivious
To the horrors around me.
Wallowing in my own self destruction,
I am slowing dying,
And you still control me,
Stealing my glorious glory.
The blade is sharp,
And then end is near.
You are now oblivious
To the horrors around you.
Now I live in my own
Glorious glory.
